Everyone was caught off guard when the trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law revealed the new banner for the show. It also unveiled that Jennifer Walters is an attorney, and she is introduced as the new face of the superhuman law section. She fits the bill given that she is a lawyer and a superhero who can transform into She-Hulk.
Even when she only wants to be an ordinary person and work as an incognito lawyer, She-Hulk prevents her from that. Being a hero, embracing yourself, and practicing law are all different levels. A lot of people are wondering if there will be another lawyer in the series since the Superhuman Law Division is considering becoming the legal team for heroes and perhaps villains alike.
It’s Daredevil, not She-Hulk, who most people would point to if asked who in Marvel is both a hero and a lawyer. Since the lawyer from Hell’s Kitchen is the most well-known hero-attorney, his inclusion in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is not completely out of the question now in light of his MCU debut.

Matt Murdock‘s first appearance in the MCU is as Peter Parker‘s attorney in Spider-Man: No Way Home. It takes everyone by surprise, including Peter, who didn’t even call an attorney since it’s not apparent how Matt Murdock found out about Peter Parker in the first place. That would explain how he was familiar with Peter if he is a member of the superhuman legal section.
Given that She-Hulk: Attorney at Law takes place after Endgame, it makes sense for Matt Murdock to appear as Peter Parker‘s attorney. While it seems like Hulk has already recovered from the snap, the MCU will undoubtedly figure out a way to resolve this issue.
There is currently no word that Matt Murdock will appear in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, although it would be a blast if he did.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is slated to release exclusively on Disney Plus on August 17, 2022.
