At WonderCon, a trailer teasing the Season 2 return of a successful animated series Undone was revealed by Amazon on Saturday; additionally, it is set for April 29.
The genre-bending animated dramedy was created by Kate Purdy and Raphael Bob-Waksberg (BoJack Horseman). The elastic nature of reality will be discovered in the project through its main character, Alma (Rosa Salazar), a 28-year-old woman living with her mother Camila (Constance Marie) and sister Becca (Angelique Cabral) in San Antonio, Texas. After her serious car accident, Alma realizes that she has a new relationship with time, then she could find out the truth of her father Jacob’s (Bob Odenkirk) death thanks to this ability.
In the eight episodes of the second season, more mysteries of her family’s past will be discovered by Alma. Nevertheless, all family members show no interest in digging up hurting truths with her and finally she persuades her sister Becca to conduct with her. When two sisters are looking for answers, they discover that complicated network of memories and motivations that have formed who they are in the present.

Eventually, they learn that they can make their life more beautiful by healing this family trauma.
The episodic series Undone is the first project using rotoscope animation to bring it to life. The executive producers are Purdy and Bob-Waksberg along with Noel Bright (BoJack Horseman), Steven A. Cohen (BoJack Horseman), Femke Wolting (Tower), Bruno Felix (Tower), Tommy Pallotta (A Scanner Darkly), and Hisko Hulsing (Cobain: Montage of Heck).

The film also witnesses Hulsing as director and production designer, and Salazar and Odenkirk produce the project from Amazon Studios and Tornante Productions. In the first season, Undone was quite successful with Annie, Critics’ Choice, and Gotham Award nominations.
