The forthcoming comedy-drama A Man Called Otto, starring Oscar winner Tom Hanks, has received its official trailer from Sony Pictures. The movie is slated to debut on December 25, 2022, in a few cinemas. Then, on January 13, 2023, a broad release will occur.

Hanks is shown in the trailer for A Man Called Otto as a cranky old man who is constantly griping about his neighbors. The advent of his new neighbors, a family of four, who attempt to befriend him despite his aversion, will transform his life, though.
Marc Forster is in charge of directing A Man Called Otto, which is based on the Swedish novel by Fredrik Backman and written by Oscar contender David Magee. Mariana Trevio (Overboard), Rachel Keller (Legion), and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo co-star with Hanks in the lead role (6 Underground).
Hanks, Rita Wilson, and Gary Goeztman are producing A Man Called Otto for SF Studios under their Playtone label in collaboration with Fredrik Wikström Nicastro. Magee, Forster, and Renée Wolfe are the project’s executive producers, and SF Studios is funding it.
