A fresh poster for The Super Mario Bros. Movie has been unveiled by Illumination and Nintendo, along with the release date for the film’s final trailer.

In addition to the notorious blue shell projectile and a bob-omb, the new image includes Mario, Princess Peach, Donkey Kong, Toad, and Cranky Kong racing down the legendary Rainbow Road track from the Mario Kart series.
Additionally, it was revealed that the last Super Mario Bros. Movie trailer will be shown on March 9 at 2 p.m. PT/5 p.m. ET during a Nintendo Direct.

Matthew Fogel wrote the screenplay for The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which is directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic (Teen Titans Go!). Chris Meledandri for Illumination and Shigeru Miyamoto for Nintendo are responsible for its production.
With Chris Pratt playing Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong, Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek, and Sebastian Maniscalco as Spike, the movie also features the voices of its all-star cast.
