
The first official trailer for Netflix’s upcoming buddy action-comedy The Man From Toronto, which stars Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson, has been released. The movie is slated to premiere on the streaming platform on June 24.
The Man From Toronto trailer, which you can see below, reveals action-packed moments showcasing a case of mistaken identity. Hart’s character finds himself in an extremely perilous situation in which he must pretend to be a notorious assassin, who is actually Harrelson’s character.
Hitman’s Bodyguard director Patrick Hughes is at the helm of The Man From Toronto from a script written by Chris Bremner (Bad Boys for Life) and Robbie Fox (Playing for Keeps). It revolves around the tale of the world’s deadliest assassin and New York City’s greatest screwup as they are confused for one other in an Airbnb rental.
The film stars Kevin Hart (Ride Along), Woody Harrelson (Zombieland), Kaley Cuoco (The Flight Attendant), Ellen Barkin (Animal Kingdom), Lela Loren (Altered Carbon), and Kate Drummond (Utopia Falls, Wynnona Earp).
Aaron L. Gilbert, Bill Bannerman, and Jason Cloth serve as The Man From Toronto’s executive producers, while Todd Black, Steve Tisch, and Jason Blumenthal are on board as producers.
