The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, an Amazon original series, has begun production on its second season in the UK.

The second season of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is now in development, and it is being shot at Bray Studios outside of London, England. Future seasons of the show will be filmed in the UK and other places; the first season was shot in New Zealand, the same country where Peter Jackson filmed The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings.
In the second season of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, a new character by the name of Crdan will also be introduced. Crdan is said to be one of the oldest and wisest elves in Middle-earth, despite the fact that the role has not yet been cast.
Amazon has great aspirations for its Lord of the Rings series and hasn’t cut any corners throughout the course of its creation. The Rings of Power, which is reputedly valued at least $1 billion, has a 5-season production schedule that the business has committed to.
Executive producing and running the program are J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay. The Tolkien Estate and Trust, HarperCollins, and New Line Cinema are working together to produce The Rings of Power through Amazon Studios.
Robert Aramayo, Joseph Mawle, Tyroe Muhafidin, Sophia Nomvete, and Ismael Cruz Córdova, make up the cast for the performance. Other cast members are Owain Arthur, Nazanin Boniadi, Tom Budge, Ema Horvath, Morfydd Clark, Markella Kavenagh, Megan Richards, Dylan Smith, Charlie Vickers, and Daniel Weyman.
