The heroes will return to Middle-earth in The Rings of Power Episode 5.

The first half of Season 1 is already in the books, and the Amazon Studios drama is getting ready to light up the screen with some pyrotechnics. Audiences will probably witness some action soon after the tone has been created. When should you watch the following episode?

On Friday, September 23, The Rings of Power Episode 5 will be available on Prime Video starting at 3 a.m. ET/12 a.m. The episode was directed by Wayne Che Yip once more; this was his third project of Season 1. Weekly premieres of new episodes will continue until the Season 1 finale, which will air on October 14th.

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power stars Robert Aramayo as Elrond, Maxim Baldry as Isildur, Charlie Vickers as Halbrand, Sara Zwangobani as Marigold Brandyfoot, and Morfydd Clark as Galadriel. Other cast members include Nazanin Boniadi as human village healer Bronwyn, Sophia Nomvete as dwarven princess Disa, Dylan Smith as Largo Brandyfoot, Tyroe Muhafidin as Theo, Megan Richards as Poppy Proudfellow, Benjamin Walker as High King Gil-galad, Daniel Weyman as The Stranger, and Owain Arthur as Prince Durin IV.

In addition to Trystan Gravelle and Benjamin Walker, the cast also features Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Leon Wadham, Joseph Mawle, Ema Horvath, and Lloyd Owen.

The series was created, executive produced and run by J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay as well. The project received a second season renewal from Amazon Studios even before the first season began filming.
