Ben Affleck‘s Batman is shown in a blue costume on the new variant cover of The Flash prequel comic.

The Flash will not be shown in theaters until next summer, but fans will be able to enjoy a prequel comic book series set before the events of the film. The prequel plot will revolve around a collaboration between The Flash and Ben Affleck’s Batman.
Kenny Porter will write The Flash: The Fastest Man Alive, with illustrations by Ricardo López Ortiz. The series was supposed to premiere in April, but it has now been pushed out until October. A new variant cover made by director Andy Muschetti featuring Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen gearing up and Ben Affleck’s Batman with a fresh appearance has been unveiled ahead of its release. You may see the alternate cover below.
The outfit pictured on the cover for Ben Affleck’s Batman is one we’ve seen in The Flash set shots. While it was unknown at the time, it now looks that Affleck’s Batman will be wearing a blue outfit for the first time in the next picture. We’ve also seen what Michael Keaton will look like when he returns as Batman.
The Flash is set to launch on June 23, 2023.
