
Global pop sensation Taylor Swift is preparing for the release of her feature directing debut after the successful release of her tenth studio album, Midnights. Swift has officially signed up with Searchlight Pictures. A Swift original screenplay will be used in the project. Additional information regarding the movie’s premise, actors, and characters is currently being withheld and will be released at a later time.
Swift has created her own music videos for songs including “You Need to Calm Down,” “Lover,” and “The Man” in addition to her debut short film, All Too Well: The Short Film, which she wrote and filmed last year and recently received her the Best Direction prize at the 2022 Video Music Awards.
