Incredible animation set in the Star Wars Universe is on the way! The second season of Star Wars: Visions has officially been announced, and the anthology series will return with new episodes next year!
The news was announced on the fourth day of the Star Wars Celebration. Although the official release date has still been kept under wraps, Volume 2 is confirmed to arrive on Disney+ around the spring of 2023.
There is a potential that Season 2 of Star Wars: Visions may consist of nine new episodes, however, we hope it will be many more. In addition, it is unknown at this time whether or not Star Wars will continue to collaborate with the same studios on the new stories.
The animation studios Kamikaze Douga, Geno Studio, Studio Colorado, Trigger, Production I.G, Kinema Citrus, and Science SARU stand behind the production of the nine-episode first season of Star Wars: Visions. Each episode delved into a distinct Star Wars universe-based tale.
At this time, a specific date for the official release of Star Wars: Visions Season 2 has been up in the air. There’s also no word on how many episodes will be produced or which studios will be involved just yet.
