The second season of the animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch is set to touch down on Disney+ in the fall of 2022.
The announcement was made with the cast and creatives on Sunday during the panel at the Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim.
The show, which follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch initially featured in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, obtained a renewal for a second season in August 2021, shortly before the two-part Season 1 conclusion.
The story picks up where the events of the Clone War left off, and the members of the Bad Batch, who each have a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew, undertake mercenary missions as they try to remain afloat and discover a new purpose.
The voice cast for The Bad Batch features Dee Bradley Baker, Michelle Ang, Archie Panjabi, Rhea Perlman, Freddie Prinze Jr., Bobby Moynihan, Taran Killiam, and Seth Green, among others.
Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 1 premiered on Disney+ on May 4, 2021.
