Finally, Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man trilogy and the Amazing Spider-Man duology have left their stamp on Disney+…in certain countries. This week, the five films have been rolled out on the Disney+ platform in the United Kingdom, Canada, and select other markets. Given that none of the series is a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the streaming service has established a new category to house these five films (and others).
In areas where the Spider-Man and Amazing Spider-Man films are available on Disney+, there is now a “Spider-Verse” category where fans may access the films. In addition to these live-action films, this category also contains Marvel’s many animated Spidey-related animated projects.
Sadly, none of these groups of movies are currently available on Disney+ in the United States. Hulu and Peacock Premium have the Spider-Man trilogy, whereas Netflix has The Amazing Spider-Man.
While Far From Home can be seen on Hulu, and Spider-Man: Homecoming can be seen on Starz, Spider-Man: Far From Home and No Way Home can be purchased anywhere movies are sold.
