Eight of the characters that will appear in the upcoming Netflix animated series Sonic Prime are featured in a new series of posters that have been issued in advance of the release of a new teaser trailer later tonight.
The new character posters include Sonic the Hedgehog, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, and other prominent figures from the upcoming series. The posters promote a new teaser trailer that will debut on October 27, 2022, at 8 p.m. EST during Netflix’s Geeked: Toon-In program.

For youngsters, families, and devoted followers of the franchise, Sonic Prime is an animated experience. The “Blue Blur” from video games appears in it in a fast-paced adventure where the outcome of an odd new universe is in his gloved hands. Sonic’s mission is a voyage of self-discovery and atonement rather than a race to save the universe.
The Netflix animated series, which will match the scale and scope of the epic adventures associated with the Sonic franchise, aims to capture the imaginations of viewers between the ages of six and eleven as well as legacy Sonic fans of all ages after the beloved video game celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2021.
Man of Action Entertainment, the production company behind Ben 10 and Big Hero 6, executive produces Sonic Prime and will also serve as showrunner. The series will be animated by WildBrain, who will collaborate with SEGA on its production, licensing, and distribution.
