The initial reviews for Marvel’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law have rolled in, and the series is getting off the ground on Rotten Tomatoes.

She-Hulk is the newest Marvel series to hit Disney Plus, starring Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters, who accidentally takes in blood from her cousin Bruce Banner and transforms into the powerful She-Hulk.
The series, in which Jennifer attempts to balance her life as a lawyer and as a hero, has been described as a “half-hour legal comedy.”
Even though comedy is a familiar material in Marvel Studios’ flicks, it seems that She-Hulk: Attorney at Law takes the comedy to a higher level, and so far it looks like the gamble is paying off.
At the time of this writing, the Tomatometer score for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law stands at an outstanding 95%, based on the ratings of 77 different critics.
This is a promising early indication for She-Hulk, even though the scores on Rotten Tomatoes are subject to change as more reviews come in and critics’ scores don’t always match those of the audience. The positive reception that Marvel’s latest legal comedy received in the early reactions has carried over into the initial reviews of the show.
The humor in the series that breaks the fourth wall — an idea taken directly from Marvel’s She-Hulk comics – is proving to be a hot topic of talking, and critics are calling it “hilarious.” It seems that the series will offer a more comedic and tongue-in-cheek take on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is slated to hit Disney Plus on August 18th.
