After Shazam! Fury of the Gods, Zachary Levi utilized his official Twitter account to provide fans with a fresh glimpse at his titular character. Finally, it was completed. The actor appears as Shazam on a billboard for the much-awaited movie. View the poster in the section below.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods wrapped its filming in August 2021, however, like The Flash and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, its release date was eventually pushed back to 2023. Walter Hamada, the former CEO of DC Films, handled the final three DC Universe films including Blue Beetle.
James Gunn and Peter Safran, who will manage DC’s initiatives in cinema, television, and animation under a new banner dubbed DC Studios, will succeed Walter Hamada, which Warner Bros. Discovery revealed earlier this month. Gunn and Safran started working on November 1st.
