
S.W.A.T. has made a comeback with the sixth season.
The announcement was shared by Shemar Moore on Twitter, as shown in the tweet below.
Moore portrays Sergeant II Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson Jr., a native-raised sergeant entrusted with leading a specialist tactical force that serves as the last stop in Los Angeles’ law enforcement.
Sony Pictures Television and CBS Studios are behind the action series. Other actors in the cast include Alex Russell, Kenny Johnson, Peter Onorati, and Jay Harrington.
The fifth season debuted in October and goes through May, has been adapted from Robert Hamner’s 1975 self-titled series.
Shawn Ryan, Neal Moritz, Justin Lin, Danielle Woodrow, Billy Gierhart, Marney Hochman, Pavun Shetty, Craig Gore, Allison Cross, and Andy Dettman are among the executive producers.
