The latest Predator picture, Prey, has the largest original debut on Hulu to date, according to the streaming site.

A new Predator picture was in the works for several years. Official information was difficult to obtain, but the film’s makers ultimately verified the speculations, stating that it was set in the 1700s. Prey, the film’s title, was ultimately announced, and its first trailer was published in early June.
As the project progressed, the decision was taken to make Prey a Hulu exclusive. The film has received overwhelmingly good reviews, and it presently has a 92% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Now, it looks like the film has broken a Hulu record.
Prey has the greatest premiere for an original movie or TV program in Hulu’s history, the streaming provider claims. But it withheld the precise figures for the movie:
Prey, which is directed by Dan Trachtenberg and features Dakota Beavers, Amber Midthunder, Michelle Thrush, Stormee Kipp, and Julian Black Antelope, was written by Patrick Aison.
Prey will be accessible on Hulu starting on August 5, 2022.
