
On HBO Max, the latest installment of the Pretty Little Liars franchise is due to premiere.
The ten-episode season of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin will premiere on July 28 with three episodes. On August 4 and 11, two new episodes will air, followed by the last three episodes on August 18.
Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa (Riverdale) executive produces and writes, while Lindsay Calhoon co-executives and writes. The dark adolescent melodrama Bring (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina) features a new generation of Liars who are tortured by A, a masked killer hellbent on punishing them for their mothers’ misdeeds as well as their own.
Bailee Madison, Zaria, Chandler Kinney, Malia Pyles, and Maia Reficco star as the new generation of Liars. Mallory Bechtel, Elena Goode, Sharon Leal, Lea Salonga, Eric Johnson, and Alex Aiono all feature in the drama.
Muckle Man Productions and Alloy Entertainment, in collaboration with Warner Bros. Television, are producing the series. Executive producers include I. Marlene King (who created the original Pretty Little Liars), Caroline Baron, Michael Grassi, Alloy’s Leslie Morgenstein, and Gina Girolamo. The series is based on Sara Shepard’s bestselling series of books, which are published by Alloy Entertainment.
