With the help of the Peter Pan & Wendy official first trailer, you’ll think you can fly.

This fresh live-action retelling of the beloved Disney tale will bring the idyllic island where kids never have to grow up to life. Peter Pan, portrayed by Alexander Molony, is a youngster who can fly because of the fairy dust his best friend Tinker Bell (Yara Shahidi) gives him. Pan invites the Darling kids inside his house to demonstrate to them how creative they may be in a setting with limitless possibilities. Being the older sibling, Wendy (Ever Anderson) feels a duty to care for her brothers, but she also yearns for adventure and even develops feelings for Peter in the process.
The infamous Captain Hook, played by Jude Law, who is fixated on capturing Peter and the Lost Boys, is first seen by viewers in the trailer. Hook became obsessed with Peter after the daring youngster severed the pirate’s left hand and fed it to a crocodile. The future of Neverland is at stake during their fierce rivalry-fueled clashes. Jim Gaffigan will as Mr. Smee, Hook’s clumsy but devoted helper, in this adaptation of the tale. Although being infrequently helpful in advancing the Hook’s objectives, the pirate’s second in-command is incredibly devoted to his master.
David Lowery, who previously worked with Disney on the 2016 live-action adaptation of Pete’s Dragon, expressed his enthusiasm for directing Peter Pan & Wendy: The Golden Age.
