The DC actor currently holds the global record.

Unquestionably one of the most sincere actors in Hollywood, John Cena makes it a point to give back to his fans despite the industry treating him so well in recent years. He is most known for his role in the movie Peacemaker. The multiple WWE champion is well renowned for his charitable work, and in June of last year, he broke a significant record for the Make-A-Wish organization by fulfilling more than 650 wishes—and counting.
When he was one of the top stars in the WWE, Cena started fulfilling the requests of his fans who were suffering from serious illnesses, and he has remained active in the foundation even after moving to Hollywood. A number of athletes and actors have granted wishes for the charity, but no other famous person has progressed above 300, much less over 650.
The astounding achievement has now been recognized by Guinness World Records and based on their statistics, the actor-wrestler has been granted more wishes than any other famous person to have worked with the organization. Given that Cena continues to support the organization, it wouldn’t be unexpected if he broke his previous Make-A-Wish record. And surely John Cena deserves our congratulations!
John Cena is now preparing for the upcoming second season of his sleeper hit Peacemaker, which starts filming in 2019. While we currently don’t know any other DCEU projects Cena is involved in, it is safe to state that he is protected from WB Discovery’s firing squad.
HBO Max offers the first season of Peacemaker for streaming.
