Netflix’s “One Piece” live-action series has included six new stars to its cast.

Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Jeff Ward, Morgan Davies, McKinley Belcher III, Vincent Regan and Aidan Scott have rounded out the cast.

Emily Rudd, Iñaki Godoy, Jacob Romero Gibson, Mackenyu and Taz Skylar are among the cast who have already been revealed for the cast! Davies will appear as Koby, Paulino will play Alvida, Scott will portray Helmeppo, Ward will play Buggy, Belcher will play Arlong, and Regan will play Garp.

“One Piece,” adapted from the self-titled iconic Japanese manga, revolving around Monkey D. Luffy (Godoy), a young man on a quest to become king of the pirates and discover the fabled “One Piece” treasure.

In addition to the manga, 20 seasons and over 1000 episodes of the “One Piece” anime series, as well as 14 animated features, have been published to date.

Steven Maeda, alongside Matt Owens, works as co-writer, co-showrunner, and executive producer on the live-action series “One Piece.” Tomorrow Studios’ Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements executive produce with manga artist Eiichiro Oda. Netflix and Tomorrow Studios collaborated on the project, with Netflix overseeing physical production.

A number of live-action adaptations of famous anime and manga titles have previously been produced or are in the process of being broadcast on Netflix.

“One Piece” is one of such adaptations. Most recently, the streamer released the live-action series “Cowboy Bebop,” which was terminated after one season due to low viewership numbers. In addition, the live-action feature “Death Note,” based on the same-named manga series, was previously aired on the streaming service. There are numerous additional Netflix original films being adapted into anime series, including a “Scott Pilgrim” anime series.
