A slew of new photos from the highly anticipated impending Disney+ series Ms. Marvel have been revealed, unveiling Kamala Khan showing her powers, the world of superhero fandom, and much more.
The new photographs feature actress Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan in a number of settings, including what seems to be Kamala Khan hovering in the skies, preparing to unleash some of her powers. In another shot, Khan seems to be putting on some type of show while dressed in full Captain Marvel cosplay, with individuals behind her also decking out in Captain Marvel-themed attire.

Iman Vellani, a rookie to acting, makes her debut as Kamala Khan in Ms. Marvel, which also marks the live-action debut of the beloved Marvel character. Also joining Vellani are Aramis Knight, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Matt Lintz, Laith Naki, Yasmeen Fletcher, Travina Springer, Azher Usman, and Nimra Bucha.
Executive producers Meera Menon, Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah, and Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy are in charge of directing Ms. Marvel, while executive producer Bisha K. Ali is on board as the show’s chief writer.
Picking up where the series left off, Vellani’s teenage hero will appear in Nia DaCosta’s Captain Marvel sequel, titled The Marvels, in which she will co-star with Brie Larson and Teyonah Parris. The film is slated to be released on July 28, 2023.
