In her very own titular program on Disney Plus, Kamala Khan makes her MCU debut. Ms. Marvel is poised to release a new story about the newest superhero to join the franchise as she follows in her idol’s footsteps, but will it be released weekly or all at once?
Ms. Marvel follows Kamala Khan, a 16-year-old Muslim Pakistani-American from New Jersey who goes about her normal life as a teen scribbling superhero fan fiction, struggling to fit in, trying to keep up with the latest trends in school, crushing on some guy, and mostly daydreaming even in the middle of a class, and everything is about to change when she gains powers from gauntlets she discovered in the attic.
Superpowers appeared when she donned the gauntlets, and she was able to become a superhero like her heroes. Kamala is given the ability to manipulate energy and utilize it to her advantage, including unleashing energy blasts and even building stairs in mid-air. She has the ability to punch her way out of a problem and generate barriers when necessary. As exciting as it is to have superpowers, they come with a price, and Kamala is in for a wild adventure she never expected.

Ms. Marvel/Kamala Khan will be played by Iman Vellani, with Yasmeen Fletcher, Aramis Knight, Mohan Kapur, Nimra Bucha, Rish Shah, and Matt Lintz, Saagar Shaikh, Laith Naki, Azher Usman, Travina Springer, Zenobia Shroff, and Laura Marsden rounding out the cast. According to reports, Farhan Akhtar will also be joining them.
Ms. Marvel, like WandaVision, Loki, The Winter Soldier, The Falcon, What If…?, Hawkeye, and Moon Knight, will be released weekly, which is great news for those who enjoy the excitement of the wait!
Those who want to watch Ms. Marvel in one sitting will have to wait until the series concludes before binge-watching the entire series, as there will only be one episode each week, just like every previous Marvel series.
Ms. Marvel Episode 1 will premiere on Disney Plus at 3 a.m. EST on June 8, 2022.
