Without a doubt, yes.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe now has a ton of material, but some people tend to forget that Marvel Studios has a ton of long-running projects in development that, for whatever reason, have not yet been released. To create room for other initiatives that are high on Kevin Feige’s list of priorities, some of them have either been put on hold or completely scrapped.

One of them is the long-running Nova project being worked on by the studio. Richard Rider’s MCU debut has been the subject of contradictory rumors over the past two years, with some speculating that it would either be made into a movie or a streaming series on Disney+.
Currently, MyTimeToShineHello, a knowledgeable user on Twitter, provides an interesting update about Nova’s situation. Despite conflicting rumors from several sources in the past, the frequently accurate tipper claims that Marvel Studios will adhere to its original intention of bringing the cosmic hero’s journey to the big screen.
The only drawback is that she withheld further information regarding the idea, leading us to believe that it is still in the early stages of development. However, let’s hope that in the future, we’ll learn more. See the tweet that follows:
Of course, considering that Marvel Studios is said to be cutting down on new material due to the unfavorable reception Phase Four received, Nova and other items now in production may have to wait. Since the Multiverse Saga has already been finalized, I wouldn’t exactly wager on them being included in the plans.
Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, the first film in Marvel Studios’ Phase Five, will be released in theaters on February 17, 2023.
