It has been reported that Matt Shakman has been chosen to steer the forthcoming superhero picture Fantastic Four.

Shakman is most recognized for his television directing work, having helmed the blockbuster Disney+ series WandaVision and episodes of Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Succession, The Boys, House M.D., Fargo, Six Feet Under, and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, among others.
Kevin Feige initially revealed Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four at the 2019 San Diego Comic-Con. Jon Watts, director of Spider-Man: No Way Home, was initially supposed to helm the film, but dropped out to take a break from the superhero genre.
While no official cast members have been confirmed as of yet, John Krasinski made his debut in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness as a variant of Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic. The future of Krasinski’s role in the film as the character remains up in the air.
Stan Lee and Jack Kirby’s Fantastic Four was the father of the 1961 Fantastic Four Marvel comic book series, which is also the first superhero team title produced by Marvel Comics.
The release of the movie is slated to come out during Phase 6 on November 8, 2024.
