The eagerly anticipated third season of the French mystery-thriller Lupin, which will have more heists, drama, and other things, was preview during Netflix’s TUDUM event on Saturday.

A modern rendition of the famous French tale about gentleman thief and master of disguise Arsène Lupin. When Assane Diop was a youngster, the death of his father following an accusation of a crime he didn’t commit completely flipped his life upside down. Assane will take “Arsène Lupin, Gentleman Burglar” as inspiration to get revenge on his father 25 years from now. In order to exact his vengeance, he must commit a high-stakes museum robbery and steal Marie Antoinette’s jewelry at an auction.
Omar Sy (The Intouchables, Jurassic World), a César Award winner, is one of the stars of George Kay’s film Lupin, which also stars Shirine Boutella, Clotilde Hesme, Nicole Garcia, Hervé Pierre, Antoine Gouy, Soufiane Guerrab, Ludivine Sagnier, Fargass Assandé, and Vincent Londez.
