Harley Quinn has gone Gaga!

Joker: Folie à Deux is the highly anticipated sequel to Joaquin Phoenix’s 2019 film Joker. Lady Gaga, who has finally been seen on the movie’s set as Harley Quinn, joins Phoenix as the Clown Prince of Crime.
Since filmmaker Todd Phillips shared a shot of Harley and Arthur together on Valentine’s Day, fans of both Lady Gaga and Harley Quinn have been anxiously awaiting any glimpse of her interpretation of the character. We now have our first glimpse of Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn, albeit a close-up one:
Fans of Lady Gaga and Harley Quinn may be surprised by her more understated appearance in the movie because both women often wear considerably more ostentatious clothing. Phoenix will, at least in part, don his recognizable red and yellow suit once more, according to other recent set images. It’s probably just a matter of time before Lady Gaga has her own legendary outfit.
It’s likely that Harleen Quinzel will begin as the Joker’s psychiatrist, as she has in prior renditions, considering the original movie left off with Arthur Fleck in Arkham State Hospital. The sequel’s plot is being kept a secret, but a sizable portion is anticipated to take place in Arkham.
Joker: Folie à Deux is being directed by Todd Phillips from a screenplay that he and Scott Silver, who also contributed to the original, co-wrote. A release in October 2024 is currently in production.
Brendan Gleeson, Zazie Beetz, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland, and Harry Lawtey are also included in the cast of Folie à Deux.
