On Thursday, Lionsgate released the first look at John Wick: Chapter 4, the newest installment in the Hitman series starring Keanu Reeves. In January of this year, the studio announced that the film would be out on March 24, 2023, and in April, at CinemaCon, it debuted a still-unreleased trailer.
Reeves and director Chad Stahelski attended the exhibitor conference in Las Vegas to unveil the trailer.
The new look, announced on Lionsgate’s social media sites, teased Reeves’ Wick at some kind of altar.
Shay Hatten and Michael Finch penned the screenplay for the new film, which stars Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane, Donnie Yen, Hiroyuki Sanada, Rina Sawayama, Shamier Anderson, and Lance Reddick. Plot details are still shrouded in secrecy.
The three John Wick films have racked up $584.7 million globally at the box office.
