The first official trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder features a slew of Easter eggs that may have implications for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. At one point of the teaser, there’s Jane, wielding the re-forged Mjolnir in what looks to be like a temple, where it is revealed that cosmic entities are imminent.
Thor: Love and Thunder has several things hiding. In addition to Jane Foster becoming the Mighty Thor, there are Thor‘s efforts to discover his real self and inner peace, the introduction of the Greek gods into the franchise, and the debut of Christian Bale‘s much-awaited adversary, Gorr the God Butcher.

In addition to all of them, the trailer reveals the existence of several cosmic entities from comic books. In a moment from the teaser when Jane holds the reforged Mjolnir, she is in some kind of temple filled with giant statues. Eagle-eyed Marvel fans will surely feel somewhat familiar with them since many of them have been in the MCU before.

The three-headed bust on the right side hints at the impending appearance of The Living Tribunal, a figure whose introduction was originally planned for Avengers: Infinity War but was ultimately shelved. In addition, hints about them were dropped in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, namely in a reality that America Chavez and Doctor Strange went through.
Uatu, The Watcher, who has been one of the primary protagonists in What If..?, stands next to The Living Tribunal. Uatu looks over the many realities in the multiverse, and in the series, he ultimately intervenes and breaches his oath to prevent Ultron-Vision from seizing control of the universe.

On the left are the co-members of The Living Tribunal’s Abstract Entities: Death, Infinity, and the furthest one might be Eternity or Oblivion. In comics, the Abstract Entities respond to the One-Above-All in order to maintain the big system of things. On the side of Uatu, there is one vacant slot, which might be for the second Abstract Entity.
These celestial entities may make their live-action debut in Thor: Love and Thunder.
The release date for Thor: Love and Thunder is set for July 8, 2022.
