A significant new addition to the cast of the Disney+ series Ironheart is Zoe Terakes.

Their role’s specifics are being kept under wraps.
Reps for Marvel declined to comment.
Dominique Thorne will play the Marvel character Riri Williams in Ironheart. Williams is a brilliant inventor who developed the most cutting-edge armor since Iron Man. Additionally included in the previously revealed cast are Manny Montana, Shea Couleé, Anthony Ramos, and Alden Ehrenreich.
The Ironheart is currently under construction.
The addition of Terakes, a transgender and non-binary actress, as well as Couleé from RuPaul’s Drag Race shows Marvel’s continuous commitment to diversity in the MCU.
With Chloe Zhao’s Eternals, the firm welcomed its first LGBTQ+ superhero Phastos (Brian Tyree Henry) and its first deaf superhero Makkari (Lauren Ridloff). America Chavez, a Latina superhero, was given to life on the big screen by Xochitl Gomez in Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.
Iman Vellani, who will next be seen in the movie The Marvels with Brie Larson, plays the titular Pakistani-American superhero in Disney+’s Ms. Marvel, which chronicles her origin story.
Most recently, Terakes co-starred with fellow Australian Nicole Kidman in the David E. Kelley television series Nine Perfect Strangers on Hulu as Glory.
