The eagerly awaited Game of Thrones prequel, House of the Dragon, launched on HBO Max, however, some users experienced some difficulties. Some users noticed the program crashing as the first episode was released online, leading them to seek assistance.
The extent of the problem is unknown, although several users have reported viewing the debut episode around three minutes before its scheduled release time of 9 p.m. ET. However, as viewers attempted to stream House of Dragon, the @HBOMaxHelp Twitter account was inundated with activity.
The series, set 200 years before the events of Game of Thrones covers the tale of House Targaryen and is based on George R.R. Martin’s “Fire & Blood.”
