In the planned remake of the Hellboy series, Hellboy: The Crooked Man, Jack Kesy plays the titular demon spawn. Jefferson White and Adeline Rudolph will be joining Kesy, according to a recent story.

Tom Ferrell will be played by White, who is best known for his role as Jimmy Hurdstrom in the Paramount Plus television series Yellowstone. Tom, an Appalachian mountaineer, aids Hellboy in the comic book The Crooked Man by using a lucky cat’s bone that he considered to be a lucky charm to vanquish the Crooked Man.
For her part as Billie Wesker in the Resident Evil Netflix series, Rudolph is most recognized. She will portray Bobbie Jo Song in the role. Although Bobbie doesn’t appear in the comics the movie is based on, it’s plausible that she’ll be playing Effie Kolb. Effie Kolb works for the Crooked Man. Other than Hellboy himself, Effie is one of the few characters with a close connection to Tom Ferrell. In addition to transforming Tom’s father into a horse and killing him, Effie also taught him the witchcraft that he later used to enchant the lucky cat’s bone and kill the Crooked Man.
Hellboy: The Crooked Man promises to broaden the world of the title character and delve deeper into Hellboy mythology as it takes readers on a journey through one of the most cherished issues of the original comic series. Millenium is reportedly in talks with prospective cast members since the film is still in the early stages of development.
Guillermo del Toro was the director of the 2004 film Hellboy, which starred Ron Perlman in the title role. As a result of its critical and economic success, Hellboy II: The Golden Army was produced. Despite the franchise’s popularity, the studio abandoned plans for a third entry, disappointing fans.
