A picture from behind the scenes has given a glimpse of The Batman cowl in the impending television series DC Comics Gotham Knights on The CW.
Although the past few weeks have been a bit depressing for fans of The CW’s numerous series, particularly those based on DC Comics, it’s good news that Gotham Knights has been given the go-light to move on with a full-season order, which comes in just in time after the cancellation of both Arrowverse series Batwoman and Legends of Tomorrow. This new series picks up after Bruce Wayne/Batman has passed away, and it is yet another narrative about the famous city and some of its most important personalities without his presence.
The Batman cowl is shown for the first time in a photograph taken on the set of The CW’s upcoming series. As you can see, it has a pale blue color, which is reminiscent of some incarnations seen in some of the comic book versions but is very seldom seen in its live-action form:
