Today marked the continuation of Ezra Miller‘s legal woes, as the parents of an 18-year-old called Tokata Iron Eyes asked a court to impose a restraining order against the actor on behalf of their child.
According to the filing, which was acquired by numerous outlets, “Ezra uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions, and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata.”
The 18-year-old’s parents claim the couple met when their kid was 12 on the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. The parents claim Miller gave Tokata booze and narcotics and flew the child to London, Vermont, New York, California, and Hawaii, among other locations.
Miller was arrested twice in Hawaii earlier this year, the first time for a bar brawl and the second time for second-degree assault.
The release date for The Flash is set for June 23, 2023. Miller is also on board in the Warner Bros. film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them but is no longer linked to the franchise moving forward.
A hearing will be held about the parents’ filing next month.
