Dwayne Johnson‘s film Black Adam has already made more than $300 million globally.

This past weekend, Black Adam upset One Piece Film: Red to win the top spot at the box office. As of Sunday, Black Adam has earned $319.7 million worldwide, including $137.4 million domestically and $182.3 million internationally.
Black Adam is expected to be deposed when Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hits theaters later this week. Over the course of its opening weekend in North America, the Marvel Studios movie is predicted to earn over $175 million.
Black Adam is Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment’s most recent offering. David Zaslav, the chief executive officer of Warner Bros. Discovery, has already hailed Dwayne Johnson and frequently makes references to his future appearance as Black Adam in The Flash and Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
James Gunn and Peter Safran recently signed a four-year deal to run DC Studios, a newly formed division of Warner Bros. Discovery. They plan to manage DC’s efforts in film, television, and animation for the foreseeable future with the goal of creating a unified world.
