Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Marvel’s latest film, now has an official release date on the Disney Plus streaming service.
Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness took worldwide cinemas by storm last month. The film, racking up over $879 million all over the world, has been tied as the highest-grossing non-Spider-Man picture produced by Marvel since Avengers: Endgame in 2019. As with many other films, box office returns started to go down shortly after its first release, and some have questioned when it would be made available on home media. While a DVD/Blu-ray release has been up in the air, it looks like Disney is gearing up to launch the film on Disney Plus.
In a recent tweet, the official Disney Plus Twitter account announced that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will touch down on the streaming service sooner rather than later. On June 22nd, Marvel’s latest blockbuster will premiere on the service. Check out the full tweet below:
