
The first teaser trailer for Disney’s Disenchanted, the Enchanted prequel that will air on Disney+, has been released. Thanksgiving Day, which falls on November 24, 2022, will see its release.

Amy Adams, who has been nominated for six Academy Awards, plays the perpetually optimistic and hopelessly romantic Giselle in the movie Disenchanted. Patrick Dempsey plays Giselle’s husband, the cynical pragmatist Robert Philip; James Marsden plays the handsome but foolish Prince Edward from Andalasia; Idina Menzel is in the role of Nancy Tremaine, the former dressmaker who is now Prince Edward’s wife; Maya Rudolph plays Malvina, Giselle Disenchanted marks the debut of Glen Rock, New Jersey native Baldacchino, 19, in a feature film.
Adam Shankman is the director of Disenchanted, which is based on characters created by Enchanted author Bill Kelly. Since 2010, the movie has been under development, and Anne Fletcher was formerly attached to direct. Kevin Lima was the director of the first movie, which made nearly $340 million worldwide against an alleged $85 million budget. Additionally, it was warmly appreciated by reviewers and viewers, earning the movie two nominations for Golden Globes, including Best Actress for Amy Adams.
