The House of Mouse’s first item of business after acquiring the Fox brand three years ago was to put the Merc with a Mouth into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As of now, nothing is known about the third Deadpool picture, starring Ryan Reynolds, except that it will recognize the first two films as canon and maintain its tone, making it the first R-rated MCU movie.
Many fans, naturally, are becoming irritated with the dearth of Deadpool 3 updates, which is why Marvel Studios is finally releasing the goods on social media.

The Deadpool film franchise’s official Twitter account finally provided some much-needed information on Wade Wilson‘s upcoming crossover to Earth-616 – and it was a wild one at that. Reynolds’ Aviation Gin has been highlighted in the video, indicating that it has already “nailed down brand integrations.”
More crucially, the Twitter account announced the return of Rob Delaney‘s iconic character Peter, who first appeared in Deadpool 2 as a member of the X-Force. Here’s the link to the article:
Because Wade was able to avert Peter’s terrible death by traveling back in time, it’s a foregone conclusion that the X-Force‘s mortal will return in the threequel. The real issue is whether or not he will have a bigger part in Deadpool 3. We’ll have to wait and see, but Mr. Pool’s squad could certainly use additional members.
Deadpool 3 is presently being worked on.
