The cast members of the live-action version of DC’s Wonder Twins cast have finally come to light. It has been announced that Warner Bros. has cast KJ Apa and Isabel May in its HBO Max feature.
Wonder Twins is penned and directed by Adam Sztykiel, who previously worked on the screenplay for Dwayne Johnson‘s forthcoming film Black Adam. Temple Hill’s Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey are in charge of the production.
The Wonder Twins are a pair of extraterrestrial siblings called Zan and Jayna who made their debut in Hanna-1970s Barbera’s The All-New Super Friends Hour as the young sidekicks of older heroes such as Wonder Woman, and Superman, Batman. They were later introduced into DC’s greater world through the Super Friends comic book. They left an impression on the audience with the catchphrase, “Wonder Twin power, activate!” Zan possesses the ability to transform into water,while Jayna is able to shapeshift into animals.
