
Tahar Rahim is the latest actor joining the Madame Web which is led by Dakota Johnson.
The Spider-Man adjacent universe is expanded by Sony after the Morbius didn’t have a really good box office performance. While Dakota Johnson’s Madame Web is currently making preparation for its shoot, Kraven the Hunter which features Aaron Taylor-Johnson is filming in the United Kingdom. Madame Web is on the casting stage and Tahar Rahim is the latest actor named in the cast; however, there hasn’t been any information about Rahim’s character.
Tahar Rahim is well-known through The Servent, The Mauritanian, and A Prophet. After joining Ridley Scott’s Napoleon which stars Joaquin Phoenix, Rahim enters Madame Web.

Additionally, Dakota Johnson will take the lead role in Madame Web along with Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced, and Celeste O’Connor. The project will be directed by S.J. Clarkson and written by Matt Sazama, Burk Sharpless, and Kerem Sanga.
Morbius is directed by Daniel Espinosa with the script penned by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless. The project features Jared Leto as the lead anti-hero, Matt Smith, Adria Arjona, Jared Harris, and Tyrese Gibson. The film is now being produced by Avi Arad and Matt Tolmach along with Lucas Foster when Palak Patel joins as a supervisor for Sony.
Now, Morbius is available in theater and Digital and it’s planned to hit Blu-ray, DVD, and 4K UHD on June 14, while Madame Web will be released in theaters on July 7, 2023.
