She’s family!

Brie Larson, the Academy Award winner, has finally revealed the name of her character in Universal’s Fast X. Larson confirmed in an interview with Total Film magazine that she will play Tess, the daughter of Kurt Russell’s Mr. Nobody.
The announcement coincides with the release of a new Fast X picture, which features Brie Larson alongside franchise veteran Vin Diesel. Tess is described as a “bridge” character, as she supports the Toretto family while still working for the Agency.

According to Brie Larson, Tess opposes the Agency’s current operations and instead believes in her father’s history. As a result, she is willing to go up against her boss in order to defend the Torettos and their ideals.
Despite her devotion to the Torettos, Tess must still prove her worth to them. Larson noted in the interview that Diesel’s character, Dom, assigns her a difficult task. Tess will win a permanent place in the household if she completes it successfully.
Fast and Furious has always been recognized for its amazing vehicle chases and high-speed action sequences, and Fast X should be no exception. The film is expected to bring back several of the franchise’s most cherished characters while also introducing numerous newcomers who will contribute to a fresh and exciting new dynamic.
