Social media rumors of delays are unfounded because the August 18, 2023 release date for the Blue Beetle movie is still set.
Bruna Marquezine, the movie’s leading heroine and a Brazilian beauty, and Mariduena were present to promote the film at the panel.
Attendees received the poster as a souvenir in a protective sleeve, according to Steve Weintraub, who was present during the event.
Mariduea recently admitted to USA Today that his DCEU makes him feel intimidated because it is his first feature film. Mariduea is on track to become one of the few Latino superheroes on the big screen.
In the Angel Manuel Soto-directed film Blue Beetle, Xolo Mariduea plays the title role. Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer is writing the script, and John Rickard is directing and producing.
