Lift Me Up, a song by Rihanna from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, has now been released.

Rihanna makes her long-awaited musical comeback with the song Lift Me Up from the Marvel Studios film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever after teasing fans on social media. One of two Rihanna songs to appear in the forthcoming Marvel film is Lift Me Up, which was composed as a remembrance of the formal Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman. The complete song is available to hear here.
Lift Me Up, Rihanna’s first song on her own in six years was recorded in five different nations and is set to be a candidate for Best Original Song at the Academy Awards the following year. Rihanna, Tems, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever director Ryan Coogler all contributed to the song’s writing. Ludwig Göransson, the Oscar-winning composer of the two Black Panther films, produced it.
Rihanna, who has been linked to Black Panther: Wakanda Forever for quite some time, confirmed her involvement by showing up at the movie’s premiere on Wednesday night, as was previously reported earlier this month. Prior to her highly anticipated appearance at the Super Bowl LVII halftime show, which is presently scheduled for February 12, 2023, her two brand-new songs are being made available.
Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Florence Kasumba, Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Tenoch Huerta, Martin Freeman, and Angela Bassett feature in Ryan Coogler’s Wakanda Forever, which he also co-wrote with Joe Robert Cole.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will be made available on November 11, 2022.
