With the release of an exclusive clip from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, viewers can now see the Dora Milaje in action for the first time. In the sneak preview, we see the return of Florence Kasumba’s Ayo and Danai Gurira’s Okoye as well as the debut of Michaela Coel as Aneka, a new Dora Milaje member. Aneka will make her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever as a fighting instructor for the Dora Milaje. Aneka and Ayo have a connection in Marvel Comics, but as of right now, we don’t know what the film’s director Ryan Coogler and his crew have in store for the big screen.
Currently, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is expected to make at least $175 million in its North American premiere, which would make it the greatest November opening ever. With $158 million, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire from 2013 now holds the record.
Wakanda Forever is directed by Ryan Coogler and stars Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Florence Kasumba, Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Tenoch Huerta, Martin Freeman, and Angela Bassett.
The release date for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is presently set for November 11, 2022.
