Pierce Brosnan as Dr. Fate may be seen in a new character poster for Dwayne Johnson’s DC movie Black Adam.

As a counterbalance to Dwayne Johnson’s Teth-Adam, Black Adam will bring the Justice Society of America to the DC Extended Universe. Pierce Brosnan’s Dr. Fate, a magic-wielding hero recognizable by his famous golden helmet, is one of the JSA’s members.
Although Dr. Fate has made a few brief TV appearances before, Pierce Brosnan’s portrayal of the character in Black Adam will be the hero’s first big-screen adaptation.
Dwayne Johnson, the star of Black Adam, tweeted the new poster with the phrase “Fate does not make mistakes” and Pierce Brosnan’s Dr. Fate.
Below is a brand-new poster showing Pierce Brosnan as the DC superhero:
In contrast to Pierce Brosnan’s Kent Nelson, who has been shown in the Black Adam trailers without a mask, Dr. Fate has largely remained hidden until now. The new poster provides a clear view of Fate’s fully attired appearance and reveals the enigmatic inscriptions on his suit as well as the asymmetrical pattern on his Helmet of Fate.
It is unclear how much time Pierce Brosnan’s Kent Nelson will spend wearing the costume given how little it has appeared in Black Adam‘s trailers and other promotional materials. But it seems he will be crucial in acting as Black Adam’s leader, played by Dwayne Johnson.
Aldis Hodge’s Hawkman, who serves as the president of the Justice Society when they are introduced in Black Adam, will appear alongside Brosnan’s Dr. Fate. As Black Adam is forced to choose between the ways of good and evil, the superhero team is anticipated to engage in conflict and alliance with him.
The DCEU movie stars Dwayne Johnson, Aldis Hodge, Sarah Shahi, Bodhi Sabongui, Marwan Kenwanari, Quintessa Swindell, Noah Centineo, and Pierce Brosnan. It is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra from a script written by Adam Sztykiel and Rory Haines & Sohrab Noshirvani.
The movie Black Adam premieres on October 21, 2022.
