With a $140 million opening weekend, Dwayne Johnson‘s Black Adam movie dominated the global box office.

Black Adam made a total of $140 million globally on its first weekend in theaters by taking in $67 million in North America and $73 million abroad. It is reported that Black Adam is presently 27% ahead of Zachary Levi’s debut as Shazam in a standalone film, which debuted in 2019.
Up to the release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Black Adam is not really challenged. Black Adam has plenty of time to continue dominating the box office because Marvel’s newest doesn’t come out until the second week of November.
Black Adam, which was directed by Jaume Collet-Serra and features Dwayne Johnson, Quintessa Swindell, Aldis Hodge, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Noah Centineo, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan, was written by Adam Sztykiel, Rory Haines, and Sohrab Noshirvani.
Currently showing in cinemas is Black Adam.
