Jason Momoa revealed that Justice League co-star Ben Affleck would appear and reunite Arthur Curry and Bruce Wayne in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

Momoa shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, probably after fans on a Warner Bros. bus tour realized that Affleck was there filming alongside him.
Affleck already stated that he will be retiring from the Batman role in 2019 and has been candid about the conflicts it brought with it on both a personal and professional level. Affleck’s decision to don the cape once more for The Flash, a movie with Ezra Miller that will be released on June 23, 2023, and that also stars Michael Keaton as Batman, came as a surprise two years ago.

It was believed that would be Affleck’s last appearance in the part, but with the release of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom on March 17, 2023, he is now likely to make an early comeback.
Affleck portrayed Batman in Suicide Squad, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Justice League. He was set to direct and star in The Batman before changing his mind.
In the end, Matt Reeves’ The Batman starred Robert Pattinson and was helmed by him. James Wan is the director of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, on the other hand.
