The cast includes America Ferrera, Emerald Fennell, Alexandra Shipp, Scott Evans, Sharon Rooney, Jamie Demetriou, and Marisa Abela. Ariana Greenblatt, Issa Rae, Hari Nef, Emma Mackey, Michael Cera, Kate McKinnon, Rhea Perlman, Connor Swindells, Ana Cruz Kayne, and Ritu Arya are also featured in Barbie. Will Ferrell plays the CEO of Mattel.
