James Cameron had previously predicted that Avatar: The Way of Water would break another box office record before it ever came out. It is now safe to state that James Cameron’s intentions for an ongoing Avatar franchise will proceed, even though Avatar 2 should outperform his prior movie and goes along with his concerns to break even with his $250 million budget.

A recent report claims that the continued movie office success of Avatar: The Way of Water has ensured the future of Avatars 3, 4, and 5 appearing on our televisions.
According to reports, the Avatar sequel earned more than the Walt Disney Company’s accepted benchmark of $1.4 billion at the box office, making it a success.
Cameron had hinted that the antagonistic Na’vis in Avatar 3 will represent a “darker part” of the race and will be referred to as the “Ash people.” He may not have known at first if he would be able to maintain the franchise, but by this point, he should be feeling quite fortunate that we will get the additional Pandora regions he promised.
As of now, we are aware that Avatar 3 will be released the following year, on December 20, 2024, following a number of pandemic-related delays. We will see more of Pandora, and as Spider actor Jack Champion put it, “Collectively, it gets better each time,” according to Cameron. In Avatar 4 and 5, we will see the Na’vi, specifically Zoe Saldana’s Neytiri leaving Pandora to see the earth.
