The 2022 Star Wars Celebration begins today. After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the much-anticipated event is set to deliver, and true to tradition, Lucasfilm has released a fresh new teaser trailer for the forthcoming Andor series, starring Diego Luna.
The drama, which also features Genevieve O’Reilly, Kyle Soller, Adria Arjona, Stellan Skarsgard, Denise Gough, and others, is essentially a prequel to 2016’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and provides viewers a greater understanding of what inspired Cassian Andor to rebel against the Empire.
The nearly two-minute trailer doesn’t reveal much, but based on what we’ve seen thus far, Andor appears to be on the run. Take a look at the following:

In case you missed it, Andor has been renewed for a second season. While specifics about it are still limited, it’s reasonable to assume that Season 2 will feature more known people from Rogue One, particularly Felicity Jones’ Jyn Erso.
